Devasthali has been conceptualized & developed by JVPL, a Himgiri-group Real Estate Venture. With more than over 30 years of experience in Real-estate development, the group (JVPL) has proven its capability by successfully developing a number of industrial estates, buildings, and housing complexes for commercial use. The JVPL Real Estate Division is registered with the Department of Housing, Government of Uttarakhand, as a registered habitat developer.

The unit is having IQF production facility of 4 Tons/Hr with a storage capacity of about 4000 MT. The company is engaged in processing of green peas, carrot, cauliflower, okra, green beans, broccoli and french fries.

Jindal Vegetables Products Ltd

(Hydrogenated Vegetable Oil Division) The unit is engaged in producing Hydrogenated Vegetable Oil (Vanaspati) and has a production capacity of 100 Tons per day

Jindal Frozen Foods Pvt. Ltd.

(An ISO 22000:2005 Certified company) At present company is processing a variety of fruits (jamun, strawberry, mango and litchi) and vegetables (peas, beans and mixed vegetables) with production capability of 4 Tons/Hour and 4000 MT capacity of Cold Storage.

Aahar Mushrooms Products

(Mushroom Growing Division) The company has 30 climate controlled concrete growing rooms and every batch of compost is monitored in exactness for various physical and chemical parameters. Currently, the production capacity is over 1.5 Tons per day.
