So, we believe in providing world-class customer service throughout the duration of the sale, post sales and even after possession of a unit to our customers, and developing meaningful lifelong relationships with our customers that extend beyond the original transaction. We clearly understand that only through an extraordinary customer service we will be able to elevate our company into a world-class business and get a competitive advantage over our competitors. To achieve this:
Software
- We have implemented world class CRM software in our organization for providing world-class customer service to our customer. We do regular follow-ups until we fulfill a request.
Our Service Policy
- We provide you free of cost service for one year from the date of possession or registry, whichever is earlier, provided it is a manufacturing defect.
- Any structural defect brought to our notice within a period of 5 (five) years from the date of possession or registry, whichever is earlier, will be rectified by us free of cost.
- In the case of any kind of breakage or damage, we won’t be able to provide you a free of cost service. However, your satisfaction is our priority and we would try to resolve your request with minimum charges.
