JVPL, a Himgiri-group Real Estate Venture, has more than over 30 years of experience in Real-estate development. The Himigiri group has diversified interest in prolific businesses such as food processing,cold storages, mushroom growing, real estate, steel manufacturing etc.
The JVPL has proven its capability by successfully developing a number of industrial estates, commercial buildings, and housing complexes. JVPL is registered with the Department of Housing, Government of Uttarakhand, as a registered habitat developer. Devasthali is a registered trademark of JVPL.
